Solana Beach Presbyterian Church
After completing the first phase of construction with Watkins Landmark, which consisted of a renovation of an existing school, Lunstrum will now be installing the storefront and glazing for the new campus at the Solana Beach Presbyterian Church. The project consists of two new buildings. The first is a two story Children’s Ministries facility and the second is a new worship center. Lunstrum is excited to complete another successful project with Watkins Landmark and Domus Studio.
Old Police Headquarters
Lunstrum will be working with Legacy Building Services on the renovation and remodeling of the historic Old Police Headquarters in San Diego. The property is being redeveloped into an indoor/outdoor retail and restaurant venue as well as a museum. Lunstrum will be providing the complete doors, frames, and hardware package as well as over 30 herculite entrances and windows.
Viejas Hotel & Casino
Lunstrum is proud to announce that we will be working with Swinerton and JCJ Architecture on the construction of the 5 story casino/hotel expansion at the Viejas Casino in Alpine, CA. We will be providing the complete glazing scope which will include large custom vinyl windows by West Coast Vinyl Windows, curtain wall and storefront systems by Old Castle Building Envelope, 55′ Tall Fire Rated Curtain wall, frame-less showers enclosures, mirrors, herculite entrances, and auto entrances by Besam.
Our Lady Mount Carmel Church
Lunstrum is proud to announce their partnership with Pacific Building Group and Domusstudio to construction the Our Lady of Mount Carmel church. Lunstrum will be providing the storefront and glazing scope for the project which includes the installation of some very unique and custom glazing from Peru.
